CPS decide not to prosecute after gangland murder investigation

Richardson Lissack was instructed post-interview to represent an individual being investigated for murder as a result of his alleged involvement in a targeted attack. Lengthy dialogue with the Police coupled with pro-active advice throughout the course of the investigation resulted in no further action being taken against our client.
