Suspended sentence for ex-fashion designer of the Delevingne family

Richardson Lissack successfully secured a suspended sentence at Northampton Crown Court for the ex-fashion designer of the Delevingne family, who had pleaded guilty to the theft of £230,000 from an elderly and vulnerable victim. The offence took place over a period of eight months and involved a high degree of breach of trust.
