Ethan is a paralegal at the firm assisting both the criminal and civil litigation departments, working under directors Ben Richardson and Stephen Reynolds. Having recently completed his law degree, he has now commenced his Legal Practice Course (LPC) combined with a Masters in Legal Practice, balancing his time between work and his course. He is a determined individual with an aptitude for law and aspires to become a qualified solicitor.
Ethan has assisted on numerous criminal and civil cases whether it be drafting, preparing, or proofreading legal documents. He also undertakes legal research, as well as practical tasks such as creating bundles for submission to court. In addition, Ethan is often tasked with forensically analysing and tagging documents for disclosure as well as maintaining client and company files. His assistance on cases and general administrative duties allows for more senior members of the team to devote more time to the preparation of their client’s cases.
